Singapore Postal Code API

The singapore postal code api is an application programming interface (API) that allows users to retrieve detailed location information from a postal code. The service can be used to look up addresses in Singapore and other countries.

The API supports a variety of features, including the ability to search building addresses within a buffer and select all properties. Enhanced versions of the API also provide building descriptions and latitude and longitude.

In addition to this, the service provides a compass feature that can help users locate buildings. The service also offers a list of published postcodes.

How to Use the API

To use the SingPost Postal Code API, you need to create an account with SingPost. After logging in, you will be able to access the service from your account page.

How to Make an API Call

To make an API call, you will need an APIKey and an APISecret. These are required to identify your account with SingPost and to validate the API call.

You will need to provide a valid postcode or block and street name. These are also required to make an API call and will be displayed in the result array.

When you call the API, you will get an IsSuccess response that will tell you whether your call was successful or not. If it is not, you will get an ErrorCode and ErrorDetails response to show you what happened with your call.

The first two digits of a postal code will determine which district the property is in. This can be important to your client when negotiating a property price.
